UK Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only.

Standard shipping costs £2.99.
Free standard shipping is available on orders of £50 or more.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch. Please allow time for your order to be prepared in addition to the estimated delivery time shown at checkout.

Standard delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal or courier delays, weekends, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Packaging

Many Emilia Art & Craft products contain handmade plaster pieces which are fragile. We take extra care to package orders securely to help protect them during delivery.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at emilia.art.craft@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Incorrect or Missing Orders

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us at emilia.art.craft@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
